We are looking for Assistant HR & Admin:-
* Local Hiring (Bahrain) for FEMALE applicants only - Preferably FILIPINO applicants.
• Application of New Work Permits, Business Visas, Family visa and CPR.
• Renewals of Resident Permit and CPR.
• Follow up Medical Appointment
• Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law
• Direct and support all Clearing Agents with governmental issues if required.
• Knowledge and experience of using LMRA, SIO and E-gov online services.
• Maintain and update the employee records pertain to LMRA, Immigration, CPR, SIO, and other related governmental matters.
• To report regularly on the employee related issues.
*Recruitment & Selection:
• Sourcing of CV- Data bank, release of advertisement, referrals, Job fair, etc.
• Calling candidates for interview
• Formation of Panel of interviewers
• Communication to the candidate on rejection.
• Release of offer letters in case of selection.
• To maintain & update report regularly on the recruitment process.
• General correspondence, Email access & response
• Internal / External customer response on specific clarification
• Obtaining various approvals from the Management of different documents.
• Maintain proper filing system.
• To provide an appropriate and satisfactory system for reporting on a daily basis.
* OTHER TASKS AS ASSIGNED
Responsibilities include other duties as assigned, including special tasks involved in responding to an urgent work situation.
